Our God is an Awesome God!

The Word can be preached, talked about, but it still has to be confirmed. If the Word is compromised by false doctrine, it’s not the whole truth, God won’t confirm it. But when the whole divine truth is preached in divine love, faith, grace, and goodness, it’s confirmed with signs, wonders, miracles and healings. If you aren’t seeing signs, wonders, miracles and healings, ask the question Gideon asked: And Gideon said unto him…where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of(Judges 6:13)? Where are the miracles in churches today? A church with the favor of God will have miracles and healings. Without compromise the minister will preach the Word, live it and tell the people that God will do what He has promised.

Do we have anything in our life that stands between us and our loving Father? Are we willing to give up everything that drives a wedge between our soul and our loving God? When we finally come to the place that we are willing for our Father’s will to be done, this means we have given up everything and put our everything into the hands of our God. What are those little sins in our lives that we sometimes do..... Those little things that are not exactly right?

Do we want a closer walk with our Jesus? Do we desire that closer walk enough that we are willing to give up everything that is unpleasing to our God? What are the things we do that keep us at arm's length with our God who made us? What stands in our way of getting close and cozy with our Jesus? Do we want to feel more of the love and faith that our Jesus is offering to us? If we want all of our Jesus, we will need to give all of ourselves to Him. Jesus does not hold back anything from us…so we should never hold back anything from our Jesus…we should please our Jesus in everything we do!

In the fourth chapter of Revelation, in a vision John one of the followers of Jesus has been caught up into heaven, a type of the Rapture of the Bride of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 4:1-2 " After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. "

These verses describe Jesus on the throne talking to John in the vision. Jesus is magnificent in His glorified state, wonderful to look upon. Standing in heaven before the throne . . . how happy John was! John identified the One sitting on the throne, because John had known Jesus in years past before the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus. Seeing Jesus again must have filled John with joy.

(Revelation 4:3). describes John face to face with Jesus, surrounded by all the wonder of heaven, John's attention is on Jesus, jasper and sardine in appearance, sitting upon a beautiful throne surrounded by an emerald rainbow. John saw the greatest beauty of heaven. Circling the figure of Jesus Christ, the rainbow was a beautiful setting for the most glorious One of all. Of great significance, that emerald rainbow in heaven belongs to the church, the body of Christ. One day we will see it, too, if we remain faithful.

The word “brightness” or “radiance” in Greek is the word “apaugasma.”  This word occurs nowhere else in the New Testament. Its proper meaning is “radiated splendour,” or the light which radiates from a luminous body. The abstract concept of this is seen in the rays of the sun which is its “brightness” by which the sun is seen but the sun itself is not seen, it is the rays which radiate from it that are seen.

"Hebrews 1:3 reads, "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high."

God is seen and radiated by the image of the luminous body of Christ (apaugasma.

Christ is the radiance of Gods glory. He also has His own essential light as He is God and it is through Him that the true character of God’s glory is revealed by the Holy Spirit who draws us to God by Christ. It is impossible to see the true character of God apart from Christ. That is why the Lord said that no one knows the father except whom the Son chooses to reveal, as seen from Matthew 11:27. ( audio correction)

Matthew 11:27 reads, " All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him."

God bless you all ... Gary

Jesus is our Resurrection–Easter message.

Jesus is our Resurrection from sin and death into our Father's great light!

In the Gospels, we learn much about the resurrection of our Jesus. The apostle Paul gives us insight into this. Had the Resurrection not taken place, the Crucifixion would have been meaningless. But thanks be to our God it did take place. Greatness is in the power of Jesus’ resurrection, and that blood resurrection power is ours to use in winning lost souls. Believe it all, accept it all.

"That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead (Philippians 3:10, 11)."

Redeeming the time is making the most of our time, ‘cashing in’ on time. Spend time like we would spend money, use it wisely. Our Lord is the giver of time; no one else can give us time but our Lord. Of all the clocks and time-pieces on Earth today, none of them can give us extra time, only our Heavenly Father can allot extra time to us.

Thousands of seconds in each day are multiplied over and again during our life span until our time on earth is over. Every time the clock ticks, it’s marking off a part of our life. A part of our life went today, a part of it went last night, and a part of it will go tomorrow if we live through the night. Time is ticking away, and how much of our time is wasted.

Throughout history the spirit of the world system of Babylon would disappear at times and then reappear, like water running underground and then springing up wherever it could find an opening, preparing the way for the Antichrist’s takeover. In the Tribulation Period, the Antichrist will do as he pleases; he will trample underfoot everything he can of God, everything that looks, acts like or pertains to God.

It’s time for us to open our eyes to all false doctrine. In this hour of witches and psychics, even respected publishers are putting out books on the occult. People are intrigued with the ways of Lucifer. Drugs have drawn many into the occult. In sorcery, the use of drugs is generally accompanied by incantations and appeals to occult power. Through drugs the devil can take over the mind completely to operate the user before he knows what is really happening. Some see not only various kinds of demons, but the devil himself. They desire this experience, crave it, seek it. They ask Satan and his demons to take them over. Have no part of the occult, of witches, devils, demons no matter how innocent they seem.

John the Revelator, looking back in time, saw the leopard first, the bear and the lion. Daniel, looking forward in time in Daniel 7  saw the same prophecy, saw the lion, the bear and then the leopard. It is exciting to discover how Bible prophecies fit together. They’re all from God. The prophets lived hundreds of years apart, and yet the information is the same because it was given by the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 13:1-3 reads, "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.   And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."

We are still alive as long as our heart keeps beating, but we can only live one day at a time, and then the final day will come. We have no guarantee of still being alive tomorrow, but today we are alive. After we die we certainly can’t return to our bodies and relive the past…the past that we failed to live right today, while we are still alive, and we are not promised even one more day into the future. Many of us have our own pattern of living and thinking, we seek to please ourselves and others but not to please our loving Father..

Having so much joy that we can’t even speak it, it’s profound, mighty, heavenly, full of God’s glory. The joy of our Lord dispels confusion, despair, dismay and discouragement. It all has to go. Do we have that joy unspeakable? We can all have that joy. We don’t need to live beneath our privileges.

Isaiah 50: 7, tells us to set our face like a Flint, solid, immovable. Knowing our Lord will not fail us, we let no confusion come into our spirit. We will trust in our Jesus and yield to the Holy Spirit to be set free from confusion.

We need to remember that we have our Jesus, we have to remember His promises, His love, His peace, His faith, and remember the greatness of our Father that our Jesus offers to us.
